Origin Report
Produced in Costa Rica’s renowned Tarrazú region, this coffee comes from various smallholder farms processed at Beneficio San Diego—one of the country’s most modern and quality-focused mills. Honey processing began in Costa Rica and leaves some of the fruit’s mucilage on the bean during drying, enhancing sweetness while maintaining clarity. Cherries are carefully selected and dried slowly on beds or patios to ensure even fermentation and flavor development.
