About the Coffee

This washed Honduras coffee is bright, smooth, and easy to come back to every day. With notes of cocoa powder, nougat, granola, black tea, and citrus, it balances gentle sweetness with a lively, clean finish. The light body and bright acidity give it a crisp, refreshing profile that works beautifully for pour-over or drip.

Origin Report

This coffee comes from Los Lesquines, a multigenerational farm operated by Joel Lopez, alongside contributions from Silvestre Vasquez in the high elevations of the Pico Congolon region. Surrounded by biological reserves and rich natural landscapes, these farms benefit from a unique microclimate of warm sunlight, clay-rich soil, and distinct rainy and dry seasons.

Cherries are carefully harvested and washed, then dried in the sun to bring out clarity and balance in the cup. Grown at high elevations and carefully sorted to meet strict quality standards, this coffee reflects Honduras’ growing reputation for producing bright, refined coffees with both structure and sweetness.
